As part of a business plan for the development of Regional Banks (RB), developed short-term plans of the supervised and controlled direction of their implementation, in order to ensure RB effective sales channels.
Securing the development and budget approve of projects supervised and controlled the execution of the budget and expenditure of funds for the purpose of efficient resource allocation and management of funds.
• Development and implementing common standards:
Ensuring the development and implementing common standards creation, sales channels operation and development from the perspectives of the development of the bank, standardized and improved procedures to ensure effective sales channels
• Sales channels promotion:
Based on analysis of the market situation and the dynamics of the sales, I developed the concept of supervised promotion channels, taking into account the specifics and prospects of the region. Together with the staff of Marketing Unit of the regional banks and the substantive divisions, amounted promotion plans, allocated resources of department to participate in marketing activities in order to achieve the desired quality and the effectiveness of marketing activities to attract retail customers.
• Monitoring sales channels:
Monitored and analyzed supervised sales channels, together with the Directorate of Marketing Unit of the regional banks, assessed the situation on the market place of the subsidiary in the region of presence, evaluating the effectiveness of sales channels, with a view to making recommendations to improve the performance of sales channels and processes creation and development of sales channels.
• Relationship with the Bank, customers and external organizations:
Planned and organized a range of activities to establish, maintain and develop effective relations with Bank, clients and external organizations in order to maintain the high quality of customer service and support sales growth.
• Training and Consultancy:
In accordance with the Regulations for Training and Development Bank of the planning, organization and supervision of training and advice to staff of relevant departments of the same standards of creation, operation and development of sales channels to provide employees the methods and approaches of solving the problems of supervised sales channels needed to achieve business development goals Group's retail business BTA.
